Return Process

  Try your new Flo mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the superior support and comfort.

  Initiate a Return

  If you still feel it is not the right fit after the break-in period, contact our support team within the 100-night window to start your request.

  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
